We work where we live. Scott Menard built his career on Nantucket and the surrounding waters of Cape Cod, and the firm operates inside the trades network, permitting process, and seasonal rhythms of both markets. The geographic concentration is what allows us to deliver the work at the standard we hold. Every project starts with the same foundation: a site visit, a conversation about what the home needs to do, and an honest answer about whether what you want is buildable on that lot.
