Your home is protected and ready, whether you are on-island or away. ## We are there, for the times you can’t be. Estate Care exists for clients whose Nantucket home is one of several residences. For those clients, the work happens on the calendar of the seasons, not the calendar of when you visit. We watch the home, run the systems, and respond to what the building tells us. When you arrive, the home is ready. Estate Care is offered to a select group of clients. It is not a volume service. Most of the homes we care for were built or renovated by us, and that continuity is part of why the model works. ## Year-round, in season and out. A Nantucket home spends most of the year unoccupied. October through May is when most damage happens, and most of it is preventable. The work below is what we do across the seasons, in regular rhythm and on call. ### Seasonal Opening & Closing Spring activation: water systems pressurized, HVAC commissioned, exterior cleaned, landscaping coordinated. Fall winterization: water drained where required, alarms reset, fuel topped, the home put down for the off-season. ### Routine Property Checks Scheduled walkthroughs that catch what is starting before it becomes a repair. Roof, basement, mechanicals, exterior envelope, grounds. A written report after every visit. ### Contractor & Vendor Oversight Landscapers, cleaners, painters, alarm vendors, deliveries. We coordinate the schedule and verify the work, so you do not have to hold the calendar from off-island. ### Emergency Response Storms, leaks, alarms, freeze events. We are on the island, and we are there. ### Project Continuity For clients who built with Menard, Estate Care is a continuation of the relationship. We already know the house.
